Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. I confirm that the manuscript submitted to this journal Sriwijaya Journal of Sport: (1) has been checked a plagiarism software/application, such as Turnitin, that it does not contain plagiarism, (2) has not been published elsewhere (or even in-press elsewhere), and (3) is not being submitted for publication in other journals in the same moment.
  2. I have prepared my paper and files following the journal style and format requirements.
  3. I understand and have written my manuscript carefully according to the author's guidelines. I know that unsuitable manuscripts will be automatically rejected.

  4. I understand this journal charges the following publication fees.

    Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)

    Article Publication Charges: IDR250.000,00. 

    Article Withdrawal: IDR750.000,00

    If this paper is accepted for publication, you are required to pay the Article Publication Charges to cover publication costs, or otherwise, the article will not be published.

    You must pay the withdrawal fee if the paper is withdrawn while in review or editing.

  5. Authors must provide active phone numbers in the registration form, for urgent communication if required.
  6. Once more, I confirm that my manuscript has avoided plagiarism and has been checked using plagiarism software/applications, such as Turnitin.

Author(s)' Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third-party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).

User Rights

Sriwijaya Journal of Sport spirit is to disseminate articles published as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, Sriwijaya Journal of Sport permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. Users will also need to attribute authors and Sriwijaya Journal of Sport to distributing works in the journal and other media of publications.

Rights of Authors

Authors retain all their rights to the published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;

Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
The right to use the substance of the article in own future works, including lectures and books,
The right to reproduce the article for its purposes,
The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal (Sriwijaya Journal of Sport).
Co-Authorship

If more than one author jointly prepared the article, any author submitting the manuscript warrants that all co-authors have authorized him/her to agree on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. Sriwijaya Journal of Sport will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. Sriwijaya Journal of Sport will only communicate with the corresponding author.

Royalties

Being an open-accessible journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware Sriwijaya Journal of Sport entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
